Picture this: you’re at the cinema when Polly — a plus-sized, polyamorous northerner with impeccable timing — bumps into an old flame. Enter Harry. Sparks fly. Popcorn trembles. And before she can say “meet-cute”, Polly finds herself hurtling headfirst into her very own rom-com.

But life, as ever, has other plans. A Save The Date (yes, that kind) arrives from cousin Luke and his fiancée Emily. It’s wedding time. The whole family will be there, and the long-standing assumption is that Polly’s boyfriend Adam will be on her arm.

Except… Polly’s done pretending. She’s tired of editing her version of love and squeezing into society’s neat little boxes. This time, she wants to bring her girlfriend to the wedding. Loudly. Proudly. In a suit.

Is that allowed? Who makes the rules anyway?

Join us for a joyfully queer musical workshop packed with big laughs, messy love, and unapologetic authenticity. Come for the chaos. Stay for the feels.

This performance will be presented as a semi-staged workshop performance.
