Bar discounts and special offers at The Other Gin Palace
Enjoy 10% discount on all drinks and nibbles at The Other Gin Palace. Valid membership cards must be presented in order to qualify for Friends discounts and our bar staff reserve the right to refuse discounts to anyone unable to offer proof of membership.

No fees on ticket exchanges up to 48 hours before the performance

Tickets for any show may be exchanged for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). Quote your membership or booking reference number when making exchanges. Exchanged tickets will be left at the Box Office for collection.

Advance notification & priority booking
As a general rule, we offer a priority booking period to our members ahead of the general public, when shows go on sale. Our higher level (Best Friends) may have greater priority booking periods. The priority booking periods may change according to the needs and demands of the visiting production. All communications will be via email, to the address you provide when joining our membership scheme. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: There may be times whereby a priority booking period is not possible – for example, when a show is programmed and must go immediately on sale to the general public. Whenever this is the case, we will hold a section of the auditorium for a limited period of time and make those seats only available to Friends (with a longer period for Best Friends). Our emails will offer clear booking instructions and information each time.

One TOP complimentary programme on all main house productions
The Other Palace produced programmes only; offer does not include souvenir brochures from visiting companies. One programme per member, per show. Only available at the Box Office on the day of the performance. Valid membership cards must be presented in order to qualify for a free programme and our Box Office staff reserve the right to refuse anyone unable to offer proof of membership.

Access to a special allocation of seats for sold-out shows
Only available directly via the Box Office. Please call 0207 592 0302 or email members@theotherpalace.co.uk at least 48 hours before the performance. Special allocation seats are limited and are subject to availability. 

Invitations to events, press night drinks and receptions
Invitations will be emailed to the email address supplied when purchasing your membership. Please ensure you advise us of any changes in contact details. These invitations are subject to availability and only valid for events taking place at The Other Palace.

Your named acknowledgement in programmes, on our website and on our Front of House screens
All named acknowledgements will be added at the earliest opportunity (according to print runs) and may not happen simultaneously.

Auto-Renewal Memberships Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to auto-renew your membership each year. 

By completing entering your payment details you agree that your membership will automatically renew on the same date each year. Should you wish to cancel your auto-renewal membership, please contact our Box Office directly on 0207 592 0302 or email members@theotherpalace.co.uk.

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given for cancelling partway through a membership year. Cancelling an auto-renewal membership will simply allow your current membership to expire at the end of the 12 months.
