In light of the success of his last sold-out solo show Dreams, Owen Clayton presents Daring Greatly: a reflection on boldness, broadening horizons and blossoming, through song.

Following his career as a professional performer (No Limits, Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens, It’s in the Air), Owen has trained as a secondary school teacher. Daring Greatly will recount Owen’s year of training in review using songs from the shows, stage and popular music songbook of the past century.

The show is musically directed by Ben Tomalin, and the incredible lineup of guest performers is yet to be announced.

Join us for an inspiring, heartfelt and humorous evening of storytelling, song and special guest performances of spoken word and stand-up.

Owen trained at ArtsEd, and his credits include: All-Male The Mikado (Wilton’s Music Hall & UK Tour), No Limits (Turbine Theatre), JULIE: The Musical (UK Tour), It’s in the Air (Hope Mill), Without (The Vaults), Little Sausage (The Other Palace), Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens (Kings Head Theatre), Nostalgia (Short Film) and Galileo: A New Acapella Musical (R&D) When They Go Low (National Theatre), Searching for the Heart of Leeds (Leeds Playhouse).
