Brand New Adults: Live Table Read
For one night only, Cleo Demetriou and Sophia Dall’Aglio invite you inside the development process of their debut TV writing project: Brand New Adults.
Having both starred in CBBC sitcom So Awkward, Sophia and Cleo have now put pen to paper, inspired by their own experiences growing up in the British entertainment industry…
Brand New Adults follows Mani and Athena, two former child star actors who crash head first into adulthood after finding themselves jobless and rejected by a British Film/TV industry losing interest in them. With bills to pay, unresolved childhood issues and a complicated shared social life, the early 20-somethings must fight for success.
With a live reading of their pilot, a screening of their proof of concept, and a live Q and A, join Cleo, Sophia and the creative team for a peek behind the curtain on their journey to Brand New Adults being made.
